Patrick F. Cadigan Wellness Complex and Natatorium

Completed in the fall of 2025 for one of Boston’s premier high schools, the Patrick F. Cadigan Wellness Complex is a 45,000-square-foot hub for performance, learning, and community wellness. The facility features a state-of-the-art strength and conditioning center, an eight-lane competitive swimming pool with stadium-style seating, dedicated locker rooms for faculty, home teams, and visiting teams, and a wellness kitchen classroom designed for hands-on instruction.

Designed as a true campus-and-community asset, the complex elevates wellness opportunities for students and the broader community, without compromising daily operations with no net loss of parking.
