Campus Architecture Project – BC High To Build 50,000 Sq. Ft. Wellness Complex Designed By Eck MacNeely

We proudly announce our latest campus architecture project. The Patrick F. Cadigan ’52 Family Foundation Wellness Complex at BC High is a 50,000-square-foot space that Eck MacNeely Architects designed.

The complex will be adjacent to McNeice Gym and overlook Murphy Family Stadium. The Wellness Complex, a testament to modern campus architecture, will have a separate entrance on the east side of the school and feature a 6,200 square foot state-of-the-art strength and conditioning area; a 3,700 square foot cardio space; a 1,000 square foot athletic training center; and an eight-lane, 25-meter pool with 1 meter and 3-meter diving boards.

This campus architecture project will also include flexible classroom space, complete with a wellness kitchen, to help BC High students learn about and incorporate healthy, nutritious foods into their active lifestyles. Construction is expected to begin in January 2023.

Our Boston architectural firm’s areas of specialization are custom homes and private campus buildings throughout New England. We invite you to view our campus architecture portfolio.
